Andrea’s professional work over the past 30 years has focused on humanitarian and development programs, organizations, and forms of collaboration that aim to systemically address various kinds of inequality, poverty, injustice and crisis. She currently does this by consulting and volunteering with NGOs, social enterprises and other civil society organizations, networks and movements. Andrea previously worked with the INGO, CARE International in a range of program management and design roles in south Asia, southern Africa, the United States and United Kingdom.
In her practice, Andrea often works with organizations, teams and alliances to: Cultivate multi stakeholder partnerships around complex problems; Convene and facilitate program and organizational design processes; Accompany teams as they adapt their programming, relationships, leadership practice and business models for greater agility, relevance, and impact. She embeds action research and social analysis principles and methods at the core of her practice, and is increasingly drawing on inner work and expressive art techniques.
Andrea grew up in New Delhi and now divides her time between the US and India (Goa). She has a Masters degree in Public Policy from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.

Catalina Cock Duque is an expert in catalyzing systemic change with over 25 years of experience, as a serial social entrepreneur, a leadership and innovation consultant, and impact investor. As a conscious leader, she is passionate about working across sectors with purpose driven businesses and non-profits and across cultures from Latin America to North America, Europe and Africa. She has deep experience in sustainable development, peace-building, youth development, gender equity, violence prevention, and mental health.

Catalina has been distinguished multiple times in her career, including as Social Innovator of the year by the Schwab Foundation, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, an Ashoka Fellow, a Synergos Fellow, and as one of the 100 Transformative Women by leading media outlet Silla Vacía in Colombia.

Among her most important achievements, she is the Co-Founder of Fundación Mi Sangre, a
groundbreaking initiative established in partnership with multi-Grammy Award-winning musician Juanes. As the President of the Foundation, she spearheads efforts to unlock people’s potential to contribute to sustainable peace, positively impacting the lives of more than 2 million individuals in Colombia. Additionally, Catalina played a pivotal role in the creation and scaling-up of the first social and environmental certification of artisanal gold mining in the world. As a Co-Founder of Green Gold and the Alliance for Responsible Mining, she has been instrumental in driving this certification’s expansion across more than 10 countries.

Gioel is the Director of Research at Recrear and has over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing action research projects all over the world. She holds a MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from Sussex University’s Institute for Development Studies (IDS). There, through a case study of Colombian youth organizations, she has studied how different funding models affect organizational culture as well as the quality of social organizations’ internal and external relationships. Moved by the experience of co-founding and growing Recrear, she has become committed to accompanying organizations to transform their culture and reflect on their path. Gioel is a passionate blogger, writer and storyteller. She is an experienced facilitator and loves mixing and experimenting with a range of creative techniques

Over the last 30 years, Gouthami has been part of senior management in grassroots implementing organisations as well as international donor agencies. Over time, she focussed on gender equality, and sharpened her skills in strategic management throughout the project cycle from appraisal and planning, to implementation, review, evaluation and impact assessment. (India, Timor Leste, Philippines)
As a social entrepreneur for a decade, she took the initiative in setting up, strategising and running a widely recognised and awarded responsible travel company. She quickly learnt new ways of working, with a range of stakeholders, stretching her limits and becoming self-reliant, creative and adaptive.
Her strengths and passion for gender justice, programme management, critical analysis while working with quantitative and qualitative data, people management, innovative thinking and applying participatory methods in practice. She thrives in a context of uncertainty where she needs to learn quickly to move ahead.
Gouthami has a postgraduate degree in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and an M.A. in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, Sussex (IDS).

Mariana is a passionate expert in capacity-building programs for CSOs, CSR and communications. She developed her career in civil society organizations dedicated to the environment; the strengthening of civil society; and business & community partnerships. She is often a facilitator in the strategic planning process; and is a career development coach for social and environmental leaders and entrepreneurs. Geographically she is focused in Latin America, Caribbean and Spain with a particular focus in Argentina. She teaches in nonprofit and social entrepreneurship management, communication, volunteering (both corporate and NGO´s) and has published articles, reports and book chapters on these issues.
Currently, she accompanies projects to strengthen community leadership, rural organizations, Latin American networks on social and environmental issues, development of boards and systematization of private social investment experiences.
Previously, Mariana was Director of the Postgraduate Program on Nonprofit Organizations at Universidad de San Andrés, program director and executive director of Fundación Compromiso, and communications and donors & volunteers coordinator at Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina. She has also worked as a teacher, journalist and institutional communication editor, video producer, and writer for educational games and e-learning projects. She has a degree in Communication Sciences, with a focus on communication and educational processes (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and postgraduate studies in Leadership and Management of Social initiatives & MSc in Arts and Cultural Management (Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina).As a volunteer, she was the chair of the board of Fundación Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (FARN), member of the Board of the Foro del Sector Social and member of the founder team at RACI – Red Argentina para la Cooperación Internacional. She is also a Senior Fellow at The Synergos Institute, New York, USA.

Monica leads Ruta Cívica, a backbone organization that incubates, creates and supports civic campaigns networks and leadership for social, political and sustainable transformations.
Mónica graduated from El Colegio de México, the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford, specializing in social policy and development. She works with bridging leadership, coalition-builders and multi-stakeholder partnerships. She has co founded Civil Society Organizations and networks, tackling systemic problems such as women’s political leadership, sustainable planning, resilience and emergency response, and citizen participation.
She has published on sustainable cities, State-society relations, social justice philanthropy, advocacy and public policies. She also has experience working for the federal and local Mexican governments.

Lina finds joy and purpose at the intersection of complexity, business models and development. For over 20 years she has focused on supporting and inspiring teams to strengthen organizational resilience through life-enhancing strategy and innovation, both as a consultant and a leader. She is Founder and Partner at Reflejarse SAS, a consultancy hub which has worked with over 60 nonprofits and companies to create impact driven business models, leveraging strategy, innovation and organizational culture to better connect and adapt to an emergent future. Prior to this she served as Executive Director at the Alliance for Responsible Mining, focusing on the inclusion of artisanal miners in global supply chains. Her academic background is in business and anthropology, which she studied in her native Colombia, followed by an MA degree in Governance and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). Lina is an Acumen Fellow and serves the Boards of several nonprofits.

Sumitra has close to 30-years global experience in innovation both in the private sector as well as the citizen sector. She has founded, activated and mobilized numerous innovations globally within organizations, as a social entrepreneur and within networks. She is a social entrepreneur with experience particularly in Asia. She is the founder of KAImpact which is a network-based advisory which supports the mobilisation of more resources towards the citizen sector. The heart of her approach is anchored around the relational work of unlocking high innovation that uplifts the missing voices of society and building the bridge between different change agents for greater societal impact, particularly in the field of Education, Planet & Climate, Ageing, Social Justice. She deploys participatory processes and tools in her work as a coach for individuals and teams, learning journeys, research, thought-leadership and strategy development and implementation.

She is a Skoll Forum Fellow, Co-founder & Board Member of Playeum, Board Member of the Singapore Art Museum, US Avanti Fellows (501c organisation). Senior Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Board Advisor of Bring Change Foundation, Pratham Books and Investment Committee Member of the Sofina Covid Philanthropic Fund; YPO Exco Committee. Part of the Working Group of the OECD 2030 Learning Framework. Chevening Scholar, Lilly Innovation Scholarship (Insead) and patent holder.
